These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Appora ("AppEasy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
AppEasy is a SaaS platform that lets content creators build branded mobile apps (PWA) for delivering courses, communities, and digital products to their students. Creators pay a monthly or yearly subscription. Students pay the creator directly (via Stripe Connect or Creem) — AppEasy takes 0% of B2C revenue.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@appeasy.studio if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. • 7-day free trial · no credit card required. • 14-day refund policy from first paid charge (full refund · no questions). • Cancel anytime from /admin/billing or by emailing hello@appeasy.studio. • Billing is processed by Creem (Merchant of Record · Ireland EU) in USD.
You agree not to: • Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or any third-party rights. • Upload illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content involving minors. • Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission. • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass technical limits. • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages to your students. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
You retain all rights to content you upload (courses, videos, images, text). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and serve that content to your students as part of the service. If you delete your account, your content is removed within 30 days (soft-delete) and permanently erased after.
Your students are YOUR customers. You are the data controller for their data; AppEasy is a data processor (GDPR/LGPD/CCPA roles). You must have your own student-facing privacy policy. We help by providing tooling (data export, account deletion) — see /admin → Students.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Neon, Cloudflare, Creem, Stripe).
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AppEasy's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AppEasy's place of registration. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via email and on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
