• Account data: email, name, encrypted password (Better Auth). • Usage data: pages visited, feature usage (only with your consent · see Cookie Policy). • Payment data: handled by Creem (Merchant of Record) and Stripe Connect · we never store card numbers. • Content you upload: course videos, PDFs, images — stored on Cloudflare R2/Stream under your tenant prefix.

• Active accounts: data kept while subscription is active. • Cancelled accounts: 30-day soft-delete, then permanently erased. • Backups: rotated every 90 days.
